Zirconium Tubing is a kind of metal with strong corrosion resistance, which is suitable for equipment with chemical corrosion resistance. Its acid resistance is better than that of titanium and other steels, and similar to that of tantalum. Zirconium is also quite stable in alkali solution. It is widely used in tube heat exchanger, coil heat exchanger, serpentine tube heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator, pipeline and other heat exchange equipment.

Zirconium Tubing APPLICATIONS
Therefore, zirconium is mainly used in chemical equipment, especially in equipment with high corrosion resistance requirements. Zirconium is mainly used to make heat exchangers, vessel lining, valves, pump shells, blades, agitators, pipes, etc. in chemical equipment. Zirconium is used in many chemical equipment producing fertilizers, resins, plastics and acids.
Zirconium Tubing Picture:
Our zirconium tubing is available in size range outside diameter 9.53–38.1 mm (3/8–1? in.) with wall thicknesses from 0.7 to 5 mm (0.0275 to 0.1968 in.). Zirconium tubes are delivered in straight lengths or as U-bent tubes.
